We incorporated the Functional and Integrative modalities to come up with a 13 week program that will have you feeling your best, having more energy, better sleep, less anxiety and a more even mood, and maybe even a little weight loss.
Understanding the importance of balanced hormones, it’s essential to incorporate lifestyle habits that support their health. This plan has been crafted to guide you in achieving precisely that. When hormonal balance is disrupted, a sense of normalcy can be elusive. It’s possible that you may not be aware that your hormones play a significant role in influencing how you feel.

Our Approach to Balancing Hormones
We understand not every woman wants to take hormones or is a candidate for hormones. We also understand just how busy and stressful life can be. We want to empower you to make the choices and changes that fit your situation.
The Inspired Change Hormone Balancing Method will utilize the tools:
- Accountability to yourself and our Health Coach.
- A Community of like-minded women experiencing the same challenges and struggles.
- Nurture receiving from your community, Our Coach, and learning how to nurture yourself.
- Support from your community and our Health Coach.
During this 13-week online Method, your Health Coach will teach you how to:
- Give your body the nutrients and nutrition it needs to function optimally and balance ALL of your hormones.
- This will include food and nutrition and also supplements or vitamins or organic CBD.
- Meditate and be Mindful which helps with stress, anxiety, mood, and brain fog and changes your brain.
- Get back to sleeping again so that your body can naturally balance hormones.
- Incorporate the right exercisefor what is going on with your body. You may be working out too much or too intensely, activating your stress hormones, and working against your very goals!
In addition, you will learn:
- All about the pitfalls of sugar and alcohol.
- How to “eat the rainbow” for skin health.
- All about your metabolism and what a “macro” is and how to structure a healthy meal.
- How to exercise and give you plans, ideas, and guidelines to follow in starting and maintaining an exercise plan.
- How stress affects your brain and body and how to mitigate this effect and lower your stress levels.
- Gut health and dysbiosis and how your digestive system is responsible for hormone metabolism, your mood, energy level, anxiety level, and Immune System and is linked to chronic diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s Disease to name a few.
- How to address mindset and how it matters in your daily life and how to create a new mindset that gets you to your goals!
